Participants showcase their talents in leadership and technical skills competitions, with top winners earning the honor of representing Washington at the SkillsUSA National Leadership and Skills Conference. This inspiring event concludes with an awards ceremony celebrating the hard work and achievements of all participants.

The SkillsUSA Washington SLSC Draft is the official selection process for assigning competitors to their events at SLSC. Based on regional participation and event capacity, the draft ensures a fair and organized competition experience while recognizing top career and technical education students. National Leadership & Skills Conference

The SkillsUSA National Leadership and Skills Conference is the ultimate stage for career and technical education excellence! Students from across the country who have excelled at their state-level competitions come together to compete in over 100 leadership and technical skills events. This prestigious event provides participants with the opportunity to showcase their talents, connect with industry leaders, and gain recognition on a national scale. It’s where the best of the best are celebrated!

Fall Leadership Camp

Fall Leadership Camp is a dynamic weekend event designed to inspire and equip SkillsUSA Washington members and advisors with the leadership skills they need to succeed. This experience features hands-on workshops, team-building activities, and opportunities to strengthen connections. It’s a time for growth, collaboration, and embracing the core values of SkillsUSA, all while creating lasting memories!

Registration for 2025’s Fall Leadership Camp will open September 3, 2025, and will close October 8, 2025.
