Fall Leadership Camp
We’re beyond excited to announce the SkillsUSA Washington Fall Leadership Camp on October 25th and 26th in Auburn! Get ready for two days packed with interactive challenges, high-energy team activities, and countless opportunities to level up your leadership skills while forming new connections. This is your chance to dive into engaging experiences, work alongside fellow leaders, and unlock your full potential!
Advisors, we’ve got something special for you, too! While students dive into their challenges, you’ll work with state experts in dynamic training sessions focused on building stronger chapters, applying the SkillsUSA Framework, and driving student success through the use of technical standards.

Cost: $225 per person (includes lodging, 4 meals, camp shirt, and all leadership training activities)

WHAT TO EXPECT:
For Students:
- Team Challenges: You’ll be placed in a color team and work together to tackle various leadership challenges designed to test your teamwork, problem-solving, and creativity. Whether indoors or outdoors, each activity is aligned with the SkillsUSA Framework to help you develop personal, workplace, and technical skills.
- Earn Recognition: All participants will receive a certificate of participation, and you’ll also have the chance to earn the prestigious Statesman Award.
- Build Your Network: Connect with fellow SkillsUSA members and leaders.
- Challenge Yourself: Step out of your comfort zone and grow as a leader.
For Advisors:
- Professional Development: Advisors will receive training from national team/trainer on crucial topics, including:
- Framework Building: Learn how to integrate the SkillsUSA Framework into your chapter.
- Chapter Success: Get tips for running a successful chapter and achieving recognition through the Chapter of Excellence Program.
- Technical Standards/Competition Management: Stay up-to-date with the latest SkillsUSA technical standards. Discover best practices for organizing and running SkillsUSA competitions.
