Publicize Your NLSC Participation

Don’t just celebrate the accomplishments of your champions this year; share them! A press release is a simple way to keep students, teachers, administrators, parents and the media informed about 2022 NLSC participation while bringing positive attention to your state, schools and programs. SkillsUSA offers press release templates that can be personalized and shared with local newspapers, TV/radio stations, school/company newsletters and trade journals. The SkillsUSA NLSC Media Kit includes a link to sample press releases and is posted online to assist you with media relations. We’ve also added a new editable sample press release template to SkillsUSA’s advocacy site. Use this template to help get the word out to the media about students who not only competed during NLSC, but who participated in other ways, too (e.g., as a delegate or national officer candidate).

Contestant scores, final results for all contests will be posted here.
Available photos of contests will be posted here.
